Extremely disappointed with my first online order from TCD. I used to buy their tempeh chips regularly at QRA Arcoris, but since changing offices, I decided to try their delivery service to send some to my family in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
I made a mistake on my first order and accidentally selected 8 packs instead of 10. To fix it, I placed a second order for 2 packs and willingly paid a second shipping fee. I was given two separate DHL tracking numbers.
When the delivery arrived, both orders were combined into one single box—and instead of refunding the extra shipping fee, they just threw in unwanted tofu chips without asking.
This feels incredibly dishonest. I wouldn't have minded their arrangement if they had simply emailed or called me first. I paid for two delivery fees, only to have the orders combined and be sent items I didn't even want. Definitely thinking twice before buying from their online store again.

This is definitely my favorite snack of all time! Super flavorful & crunchy. Just wish the pricing is slightly cheaper

The tempeh tastes very good, crispy, and fresh. I believe the oil you are using was fresh. I will reorder soon.
I want the original flavour but not available. Order the sweet chilli instead. Crispy and spicy but the packaging is small, 39g not enough should increase more.
