Shipping policy
1. Free Shipping: Enjoy free shipping on orders above RM200. Applies to orders within West Malaysia only.
2. Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
3. Delivery Lead Time
Standard delivery times after processing:
- West Malaysia: 2-3 working days.
- East Malaysia & Singapore: 4-5 working days.
4. Shipping Carriers: We ship via trusted carriers including DHL and Ninjavan.
5. Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
6. Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Extra shipping charges may apply.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery. Please ensure your delivery address is secure.
8. Address Errors: Packages returned due to incorrect address details may incur re-delivery fees.
9. Shipping Charges: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
10. Promotions & Festive Periods: During peak sales, promotional events, and festive seasons, orders may experience longer processing and delivery times. We recommend placing your order at least 10 days in advance.
